Granq Works is Granq Works Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company.

Pre-orders

Products shown here are in development. Images are prototype renders, and the final product may differ in detail. A deposit, once deposits open, reserves a place in the first production run, as described in our deposit and refund policy. Estimated dates aren't guarantees. We may limit quantities or decline an order, and we'll refund any deposit if we do.

Prices

A price shown when you place a deposit is the price we'll honor for that reservation. Shipping and tax are confirmed before your balance is charged.

Using the product

This is clothing, not a medical device. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we make no promise about any health outcome. Sauna heat isn't safe for everyone: get medical advice if you have a medical condition or any concern about sauna use. Follow the included instructions, never put a cooling pack directly against bare skin, and stop using it if you feel numbness or pain.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
