Deposits and refunds

Plain version: right now we take no money at all. When deposits open, your deposit holds your place in the first batch, and you can have it back any time before your order ships, for any reason.

Right now

Deposits aren't open. Reserving saves your size and setup against your email. No payment is taken, so there's nothing to refund.

How the deposit will work

A deposit reserves a pair from the first production run. It counts toward your price. It isn't the full payment, and you owe nothing more unless you choose to complete the order.

Before we ship, we'll email you the final total, including the balance and any shipping and tax, and ask you to confirm. If you don't confirm, we refund your deposit.

Refunds

Email alex@granqworks.com from the address you ordered with and we'll refund your deposit to your original payment method. We aim to process it within two business days. Your bank may take several more days to show it.

If production is delayed or cancelled

Our current estimate is: We're aiming for summer 2027. We'll confirm a real date before we take any money. This is an estimate, because the product is still in development. If a confirmed date changes, we'll email you with the new date and you can get a full refund or keep your place. If we don't go ahead with production, we'll refund every deposit in full.

After your order ships

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price paid. Email us to start a return. A separate return policy for worn items may be added before the first batch ships.
